I can hardly believe I’m saying this but I’ve lost over 60 pounds, and I feel incredible!

 

This journey has been nothing short of life-changing, and I owe so much of it to the steady, compassionate, and empowering support of Vivian. From the very beginning, she helped me tune out the constant “food chatter” in my head. Once that noise quieted down, realigning my goals felt natural even easy.

There were no side effects, no crazy restrictions,  just a sustainable, grounded approach that honored me. I started simply, just walking, letting my body ease into movement. From there, I gradually embraced strength training, and wow feeling my body grow stronger week after week has been one of the most empowering parts of this entire experience.

One of the most unexpected and beautiful things is how my relationship with my body has transformed. Where there was once judgment and frustration, there’s now love, appreciation, and pride. This wasn’t about punishing my body, it was about celebrating it.

 

My confidence has skyrocketed not just because of the weight I’ve lost, but because of how I feel. Strong. Clear. Alive.

And maybe best of all? My entire mindset around food has changed. Forever. I no longer see food as the enemy or a source of stress. I’ve learned to nourish myself with intention and joy. This isn’t a temporary fix it’s a whole new way of living. And I’ve never felt more free.

Lip Filler
